Our wedding is taking part in the beautiful Euganean hills in the Veneto region of northern Italy. The closest major airport is Venice Marco Polo, with a further one hour by road to reach the area, or just 40 minutes to reach the city of Padova.
Padova, Giulia’s hometown, and birthplace of the Aperol Spritz, is the closest city to the hills, and offers many things to see if you wish to extend your stay. Also, Montegrotto Terme is a nearby spa town known for its many hotels. Both Padova and Montegrotto Terme are excellent places to stay for the wedding, and we will arrange bus transport to the venue from these areas.
We recommend looking for accommodation early, and are happy to help with finding any hotels or to answer any questions during your search.
We suggest that travel is made at least the day before the wedding, leaving early enough for ample time to travel to your hotel from the airport if using public transport. Taxi services are also available, and we are happy to help facilitate these.
Il nostro matrimonio si terrà all’agriturismo Monte Altore, sui Colli Euganei. L'aeroporto principale più vicino è il Marco Polo di Venezia, raggiungibile in un'altra ora di auto, o in soli 40 minuti da Padova.
Padova, città natale di Giulia e luogo di nascita dell'Aperol Spritz, è la città più vicina ai Colli Euganei e offre molte cose da vedere se desiderate prolungare il vostro soggiorno. Inoltre, Montegrotto Terme è una vicina città termale nota per i suoi numerosi hotel. Sia Padova che Montegrotto Terme sono ottimi posti in cui soggiornare per il matrimonio e organizzeremo il trasporto in autobus da queste zone alla location.
Consigliamo di cercare un alloggio in anticipo e saremo lieti di aiutarvi a trovare un hotel o di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda durante la vostra ricerca.
Suggeriamo di partire almeno il giorno prima del matrimonio, partendo con sufficiente anticipo per avere il tempo di raggiungere il vostro hotel dall'aeroporto se utilizzate i mezzi pubblici. Sono disponibili anche servizi taxi e saremo lieti di aiutarvi.
